About Julie

Julie Maloney specializes in growing leadership talent, from green (high potentials) to great (high achievers). Known for her expertise in executive coaching and high potential development programs, Julie has advanced the careers of thousands of corporate leaders. Her past and present client list includes AT&T, Boehringer Ingelheim, Merck & Company, Meredith Publishing, Microsoft Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company, Spectrum Health and Wells Fargo. Her work with emerging executive talent has included serving as adjunct faculty/executive coach for the top-ranked, business & leadership programs of Duke Corporate Education and The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Julie has coached and consulted in the U.S. and internationally, with 20 years experience in leadership training, strategic planning, change management and organizational learning. As an executive coach, Julie brings over a decade of working with senior- and middle-level executives in Fortune 500 corporations. Her own career as a high potential (HIPO) includes past management positions with The Coca-Cola Company, Ernst & Young, LLP and boutique consulting businesses.

Julie holds a B.A. in Sociology from Loyola University of New Orleans and an M.A. in Sociology from Brown University. She is certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a founding member and past director of the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan (PCAM).

A native of Atlanta, Georgia Julie now lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband and two daughters, son-in-law and beautiful new grandson.
