Executives & Emerging Leaders
Julie works with seasoned executives and high-potential leaders who are stepping into positions of greater scope and responsibility. These leaders often find that “what got them here won’t get them there”.
They may need a new skill, or to better leverage their energy, time and attention in the face of infinite demands and a 24/7 work schedule. Or they realize that in their new role, the stakes have never been higher and they need to think and act on a more global scale. Or they may need a neutral sounding board, someone outside the politics of their company with whom they can think aloud and who can give them honest, direct and on-going feedback around their decisions and actions.
Coaching programs at this level include 360 feedback, the identification of key themes for change or development, targeting of no more than two specific goals, a written development plan and regular coaching sessions for a period of time (on average, six to twelve months).
Mid-Career Professionals
Julie also coaches professionals (individual contributors and middle managers) who are at a transition point in their careers. These clients have been successful in their work up until now, but find they are ready for a new challenge or chapter in their lives.
They are ready for a new role or job, with their existing company or elsewhere. Or they want a better balance between their work and their life. Or they have witnessed too many organization changes /layoffs at their company and want more control over their career and their future.
Coaching programs at this level include the development of a clear vision for “what’s next” in their career and life, targeting of no more than two specific goals, a written development plan and regular coaching sessions for a period of time (on average, three to six months).
